Susan, Steve and I would like to thank you SO much for all your help and support throughout the summer and finally, to the closing on the house.  Without your calmness and reassurance I think we both would have "lost it" long ago.  I am especially thankful to your for your calm reaction when you saw the wreck of a house and I was hysterical.  You were so professional going through the whole house and making suggestions on how to improve the situation.  Without your guidance and professionalism I couldn't have gotten started with the repairs!  All the 'paranoid' emails, well you were great at keeping me focused and reassured.  Again, THANK YOU!  For being there and for getting the house sold SO fast for us.  We appreciate it all the more than a mere letter can say.  We want you to know that when this big place gets to be too much, YOU will be the one we call.
